Yes indeed that's the Sanchin I remember. Testing with it upper arms struck, upper legs kicked, neck chopped and stomach for me had a flying sidekick launched at me!!! Fun times, good video.
Want to try it again? Only half serious...I think as a younger person I would not mind, but the residue of injury takes longer to leave my (somewhat) older body. Also, I would want to do it without the flying side kick.
